Impossible de joindre l'agence avant 9.30 alors que la prise en charge était prévue à 9.00. Au final , le chauffeur est arrivé à 10.35 à l'hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés à la ferme à 11.30. La visite était commencée depuis 11.00! J'ai donc raté le début de la visite. Très mauvaise organisation du transport.”
