“The Bomas experience was not as advertised in that Bomas is under reconstruction so was not available. We were only informed of this fact 3 hours before we were due to be picked up so we paid full price only to see the traditional dancing . The dancers were terrific in a show lasting one hour . We spent 2hours 30 minutes in the transport there and back for the 1 hour show !!! My advice to anyone looking to book is DONT; check on google if the venue has reopened first before you pay the full amount. I’m sure we won’t be offered a reduction for our 82 euros…”

Your partner picked us in a non AC cab and took us to another location where some show for one hour was performed in a small tent. This is not expected from an international app like yours which is on trust request you to refund the full amount paid.”
