“Pick up was late, explanations in terms of payment procedures were unclear, resulting in unnecessary waiting time before entering the reserve, actual time of the safari was 2 hours and not half a day as advertised, much back and forth with the office to actually settle payment process.”

I received the necessary information from the tour provider the evening before the tour, though I did have to follow up on WhatsApp to get the details. That said, we were fortunate to have an excellent guide and driver. There were only two couples in the vehicle (including us), which made the experience more comfortable and personalized. The driver was also kind enough to drop me at a different location upon request. “I had an amazing solo trip. It started in the morning by being picked up by Douglas(who was very prompt on time) and was toured at the park by Gadafi. Gadafi is an expert on his field. Lastly, the boat ride was fully worth the optional $25 in my oppinion. A lot of memories and photographs to share!”

“At Nairobi National Park we saw such a diverse amount of wildlife. But the best was how many lions we saw. We saw 4 lions feasting on a kill. Then a lion sauntered through the people in vehicles and soon after another calm lion just sitting among us!!!! Wow! Guide was so kind and a great planner to make the most of the tour!”
